Laneway

Laneway is noted as a local favourite for both its food and coffee.

When locals Adam and Dannielle Mann and Lisa Heames began their café journey, their intention was simple. To create an establishment founded for the community to meet and socialize, sip on specialty coffee
and enjoy a great meal with outstanding customer service to match. It wasn’t long before Laneway Specialty Coffee soon became a local institution.

As the coffee scene gains momentum in the Top End, Laneway is noted as a local favourite for both its food and coffee. The café is decorated with leafy green hanging plants, beautiful recycled timber tables and a huge old industrial light takes centre stage over the communal dining. The rustic brick feature wall is made up of recycled bricks pulled down from the old Vic Arcade in Darwin’s Mall and the counter tops are recycled bowling alley floors from Nightcliff.

At Laneway it’s not unusual to see a queue out the door but service is quick and you”ll have your Campos Coffee fix before you have finished browsing the indulgent house made sweets that fill the display. Not only providing impeccable options in food and beverages, Laneway’s point of difference in providing table service with friendly staff attending to both sit down diners and take away requests makes for an exceptional dining experience.
