Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions is a leader in Darwin’s commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning industry, providing specialised solutions for hospitality venues across Darwin.

The wholly Australian owned and operated business started in April 2007 after Jed Bahur, owner and director, successfully negotiated an exclusive service contract with Coca Cola Amatil, to provide repair and maintenance services to their customers in the Darwin region.

With an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, Jed and his team quickly built a reputation for fast, efficient and professional service, which enabled Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions to grow their commercial capability and provide customers with solutions to all of their refrigeration & air conditioning requirements.

Jed has lived in the Northern Territory for 20 years and believes being specialists in the field who have local knowledge, enables the business to specialise in the custom design of cold rooms, freezer rooms and air conditioning installations that are specifically designed to cope with the unique conditions of living in the Territory.

Installing beer systems alongside some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry, including CUB and Lion Nathan, further increased their reach into many of the Territory’s pubs, clubs and entertainment venues. Building rapport with these venues has led to a steady and consistent business growth.

Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions also sell commercial refrigeration equipment and have a range of equipment for hire. This includes the only two specialised mobile cold rooms that can convert to freezer rooms with the flick of a switch. Their mobile bars can serve up to 300 people for a function.

Over the last two years, Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions have been working on a business plan that will allow them to expand interstate, with a view to opening up joint ventures with interested parties.

“What it’s done is created a seamless blueprint that we can apply to make it easy to start up anywhere,” said Jed.

The success continues in 2015 with DRS being chosen as finalists in the Northern Territory Telstra Business Awards. The application process gave them the opportunity to reflect on the growth and development of the business, which is now in its 8th year of operation.

Jed believes developing close client relationships, and employing professional dedicated staff, allows the business to provide a high level of personalised customer service and the ability attend to customer
needs the same day, whilst being mindful of their operational requirements.

“The company is built on customer service. It’s important for us to always be contactable and available to ensure our customer’s needs are being met”.

The business prides itself on providing a fast and responsive 24/7 service to metro and regional areas. Continuing to provide that high level of customer service is an ongoing priority for Dynamic Refrigerated Solutions in 2015, as well as developing new and innovative solutions for their customer’s needs.
