D&T Performance is conveniently located on the Stuart Highway at Pinelands and Denny Ross, along with his team are ready to take on your vehicle, whether it be a Mustang or a high performance Commodore, D&T have the experience and skills to service and restore any vehicle.

Opening their Darwin doors in September 2007, D&T Performance owner Denny, along with his experienced staff, Gordon, Workshop manager, Apprentices; Toby and Jake, and army supplied staff for mechanics and training, has grown to be one of Darwin’s largest and most reputable premium performance workshops, offering servicing and restoration that is tailored to suit each individual client’s needs.
Denny Ross believes that customer satisfaction comes first. “We take pride in what we do, our workshops is always clean and tidy and when you are working on restoring a vehicle this is what a customer wants to see. We have taken our client satisfaction to whole new level now that we offer servicing as well.”
After an initial 6 month set up in 2007 D&T has progressed from being an performance exhaust store to full exhaust fabrication, restoration work, Engine rebuilding and full mechanical servicing and have retrained their staff to accommodate. They saw a need to expand here in Darwin and the evolved to suit the demand.
This year will see D&T Performance expand their services even further as the need for restoration work continues to grow. Currently, the workshop can hold 6 cars and at any one time D&T can have 15 vehicles stored at the store for work to commence.
The success over the last 8 years can be contributed to their exceptional customer satisfaction. “Being customer orientated and focused has really led to the success of our store; we have grown to accommodate demand and projects with the belief that our customer satisfaction has made us one of Darwin’s stand out performance workshops.
Our service and work quality is at a high level and at this stage we are the only workshop in Darwin that offers all the various services that we do.”
The success of D&T performance stems from its high level of customer satisfaction, “To be successful you need to listen and understand what is out there and what the customer wants, word of mouth is crucial to many businesses in the Territory given its size of population. You must follow up any customer dissatisfaction and act on it quickly. As long as you always remember the customer comes first and that you can deliver a service that is of the highest quality and at an affordable price you will always have new and existing clients.”
