Lotus Heart Health is the fresh face of health in Darwin. Previously named Sundari Natural Health Centre, we are now under new management, and very excited to provide a beautiful space for healing and peace, tucked in right by the ocean, the Botanical Gardens & the city.

Situated at Myilly Point, Larrakeyah, Lotus Heart Health is part of the heritage precinct, meaning the house is a true Darwin troppo home, surrounded by a lush green garden. Overlooking the ocean, it boasts a peaceful, & calm space you can literally melt into & take time for you.

We offer a range of natural & holistic practices, such as Remedial Massage, Barefoot Massage, Herbal Medicine, Holistic Life Coaching, Holistic Counselling, Kinesiology & Energy Healing. Our therapists are all skilled, dedicated & passionate about their work. As well as weekly classes in Kundalini Yoga (& Meditation), Pilates, Meditation & Psychic Classes, Lotus Heart Health is also available for workshop rental.

The Lotus flower is a prominent symbol in several Asian traditions, representing purity, rebirth and divinity… It also has associations with spiritual awakening or enlightenment. Using the lotus as inspiration, our intention is to provide a space for healing and growth through several different modalities. So, whether you want to take up a new class for yourself, or just relax & ease tension with a massage, we can help you.
