Brett South started Complete Plumbing Solutions in April 2018. With over ten years of experience within the industry, Brett saw the opportunity to take the next step in professional development and combined two of his passions, high-level customer service and quality plumbing, to create his own business.

Focusing largely on small to medium projects, Complete Plumbing Solutions aims to do the little things well. Whether it’s a single garden tap service or a full plumbing system for a brand-new home, Complete Plumbing Solutions maintains constant communication and engagement with all parties across all jobs.

Destined to become a strong competitor in the NT’s plumbing industry, Complete Plumbing Solutions are committed to delivering high quality work at an affordable price that suits all budgets.

“We stand by what we say, if you’re not happy – we’re not happy,” said owner, Brett.

While digging holes and working on roofs can be challenging during the build-up season, the unique nature of working within the Territory has seen Complete Plumbing Solutions undertake some interesting jobs, including flying out to a remote community shortly before Christmas to fix an urgent burst pipe to get the local school and shop back up and running, which Brett says was good to be involved with.

“Keeping a small family business like ours moving helps us to be able to live really, and it gives us an opportunity to create a positive work environment around us in the small community and give back by supporting others in the same boat.

We also recently helped in assisting a friend run a ‘Walk 4 Brain Cancer’ fundraiser which was wonderful to get involved with. To be part of a small community of locals who band together to get one person’s idea off the ground and running was great.”
