The Chantilly Kitchen Cake School is the FIRST of its kind in Darwin and offers a rare opportunity to learn from the best in the business. Under the expert guidance of cake artist guru Tennille ‘Tenny’ Russo and her brilliant team, you can master sugar art as well as piping techniques and how to create stunning decorative finishes that will make your cakes and sweet treats look as good as they taste. The beautifully fitted out Cake School provides the ultimate backdrop in The Chantilly Kitchen Tea Room where you can watch the cake artists at work while you stop by for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea or a high tea with your friends and family.
If you’re passionate about baking, or just keen to pick up a few skills to help you around birthday party or Christmas time, then the Cake School is for you. It’s also perfect for little bakers, with kids’ classes on offer during school holidays or by appointment. For a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party or work event with a sweet touch that will be remembered, you can arrange a special workshop. Tenny can also come to your house to deliver personalised advice on how to make the perfect sweet treats that will leave your guests amazed.
