When Kate O’Mullane established her boutique property management firm Above and Beyond three months ago, she had one goal in mind – to provide landlords with exceptional service and to look after their properties as if they were her own.
Operating under the mantra of “Your Property is Our Priority”, Kate is passionate about delivering unparalleled service to her clients.

A born and bred Territorian, Kate offers superior customer service backed by knowledge, and she understands the developing market.

With nearly a decade of experience in property management, Kate has a comprehensive knowledge of the local market. She understands the different needs of both landlords and tenants in residential properties in Darwin and the challenges landlords have with property managers that have extensive portfolios.
