Publisher’s Note May 2015

The mornings are cooler, dragonflies are in there air and the backpackers are swarming to the waterfront lagoon, which can mean only one thing… The Dry Season is here, and it’s the best time of year Darwin!

The next few months are full of events with the Italian Festival back for the second time, Summer Sessions is just around the corner with a fantastic line up, followed by the Greek Glenti and The Darwin Festival.

Take the relatives on an outback adventure, visit Litchfield Waterfalls for the day, enjoy a cold beverage in the CBD and watch the people go by or dine out at one of our spectacular ocean view restaurants.

Darwin has so much to offer us this dry season, so get off the couch, slip slop slap and go out and experience our beautiful backyard.
